🪬Here is my full commercial use terms of service: as of 3/15/23, all future purchases are for personal use only. small business licensing is available here: https://etsy.me/405BSP0 (for 1,000 designs) and https://etsy.me/3mSUza9 (for 1 design)
☪please do not redistribute the digital files under any circumstance. commercial licensing grants a royalty-free, non-transferable and non-exclusive license to use the image/graphic for commercial, merchandise, personal, educational or editorial purposes. In short, you’re welcome to print and sell my items at a physical location or sell physical items in a digital marketplace like etsy, ebay, or amazon. However, under this licensing, you are not allowed to resell them as designs or templates. I will further expand on this in the following paragraphs.
🌙in short, you are allowed to:
➊ create unlimited physical end products
☀️with the commercial licensing, you are not allowed to:
➊ resell, sub-license, share or (re)distribute any of the digital files or any related templates, such as embroidery or dtf transfers
➋ install or embed on 3rd party platforms/servers
➌ convert templates to other formats and sell those as new templates.
🔮print-on-demand: I do not allow “brandless” POD upload dumps on sites like amazon, zazzle, redubble, teespring, etc. I do allow my designs to be fulfilled via printful or printify, however – you will need to contact me and let me know the intended business name before doing so. I will never issue a takedown notice if there is a way to contact them first.
🕯templates: as of 3/9/2023 you are allowed to make templates, such as dtf transfers for personal use only. I have been treating this on a case-by-case basis in the past due to my inexperience with the dtf transfer process. If I approved it, I will not revoke that approval.
🌜logos: my designs can be used to create a logo but only as a part of it. you must make it your own. you can copyright your logo using this graphic/image but that won’t stop anyone from using the image on other projects. it would only protect your exact logo design.
❗final notes: the illustrations and files may not be resold, sub licensed, rented, transferred or otherwise made available for use or detached from a product, software application or web page.
➊ the illustrations may not be placed on any website in a complete or archived downloadable format.
➋ the illustrations may not be offered as a freebie to promote your website or blog without written permission from me.
➌ making modifications or alterations to any of my illustrations or other materials does not free you to then sell or license them and call them your own. do not copy or replicate my designs as these images are copyrighted under a creative commons license.
➍ the purchase of any license does not transfer copyright ownership. all copyrights remain with © Fortuna Draws.
